• Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at info.disneyvalley@gmail.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

Conditions of Return

• All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
